In the initial concept plan there are marinas and piers to allow access to the bays by all residents, bay front lot communities with incredible views, interior lake systems to allow for lake front lot communities, resort and conference center to accommodate hotels and condominiums, golf courses throughout the property, canal front lot communities, equestrian estates with horse trails leading out to the bay and estuaries, a sportsmen golf club community with a hunting, shooting and fishing complex, a large acre exotic animal sanctuary and large acre hunting preserve to keep those sportsmen engaged, an air strip with private hangars and estates for those who want to fly in on their private jets, an estuary community adjacent to marine wetlands, large private ranches and ranchettes, and commercial areas along the miles of road frontage on US 35 and FM 2143.
